Sometimes we find that our faith seems to dwindle. There are many ups and downs on the journey with our Lord. Just remember that when you find yourself in a slump just draw nearer to the Lord and simply ask His help. I think you'll find that He'll already know your needs and will already be lifting you up.

It's so hard to share your thoughts on Jesus. You know, we don't want to be shunned by our friends. we certinly don't want to be outcasts, do we?
Think of this, Jesus went head to head with the leaders of His time, sharing the love of God. Yes, He hung on a cross and died, you can't be be more outcasted then that! I truly love the man/God. I don't care what man thinks of me because when His eyes are on me I will stand for what I believe,

I recently was able to reconnect to a lost friend from school. It really felt good to connect via email. With God blessings perhaps I'll get to have a more personal meeting over a cup of java.
Although this is wonderful I think of how more wonderful it is to be able to reconnect with the Creator of all simply by accepting Christ into our lives. Don't wait, just do it. I promise it won't hurt a bit!

At times of ture heartache or trouble this is where we fail to keep the faith! At these times we faulter and fall. We forget that during times of trouble God does not abandon us but He carries us.
Praying has great power, through prayer we can access all the power of our Lord so son't lose it folks, stand closer to our true leader, our only hope our Lord Jesus.

Hey, call it Merry Christmas !!
Let's stop fussing with the thoughts of offending someone by saying "Merry Christmas"
My Lord Jesus Christ died for everyone, not just a chosen few. So let let it fly - give em' a big smile and holler "Merry Christmas" and throw in a "God Loves Ya" just for ha, ha's
God Bless

This is a lovely time of year, a time of joy and thanksgiving. Please remember, the joy we feel now should be with us each and every day. We need to realize that the gift of life and showering of grace are placed upon us every single day!
So thank the Lord each morning for the gifts and blessings.
Have a GREAT holiday....Gobble, Gobble

Oh, how can I help...how can I make a difference?
Well, open up your eyes and your hearts because you and I can make a difference. Help can come in the form of a kind word, some change dropped into a donation bucket, maybe giving a friend a ride, whatever. We can help someone in need without much effort on our part.
So let's do just that...............

Life without love is a void. It's nothing, no sound, no feeling, it's just nothing, emptiness. This is where many of us live, we don't admit it to others and most importantly we don't admit it to ourself.
This is a realm not of human love but of divine love, true love. Human love is frail, weak and shallow. Divine love is solid and never failing. Human love is costly and can be lost on a whim but divine love once given and accepted will endure forever and the cost ...NOTHING....it's free!
It's free for us but it cost a man his life. Yes, one man gave all of himself for all mankind. This man was falsely accused, beaten and put to death all in the name of love, true love, divine love. To be willing to endure all this, the punishment and pain of being nailed to a wooden cross and hung to die before all who lost faith is a awful price to pay, but for one man it was worth the price.
Jesus Christ, need I say more.......

Today I found out that a man I knew who I called a friend passed on. I don't have many friends but Bill W. was one.
As I write this my eyes fill with tears, tears of sorrow and of joy. Sorrow for I now have lost a friend, someone who was very dear to me and tears of joy for now Bill is with our Lord Jesus Christ. Although Bill and I kept in touch via email and a few phone calls here and there, we would hook-up every so often to have lunch just to talk of old times and share some time together. I realized something might be wrong when I did not hear from Bill and received no answers from sent emails, phone messages also went unanswered. I curse myself for not following up sooner, however, it matters not as when our Lord whispers into the ear "it's time to come home my child" who are we to question.
Bill, all I can say is I love you buddy, I'll miss you.....
